Turn off engine. Restart engine and pull straight ahead in drive. Light should go off in a couple hundred feet. To know for sure gently pull on the wires that come off the frame to the wheel up by the plug. Ok, your biggest issue at the moment is the P0345, this is for the cam position sensor on bank #2. This will indeed cause the stalling issue you are seeing. The P0420 code means there is an issuie with the catalytic converter on bank 1. This can cause stalling, but in most cases won't.
